[Klaviyo](https://klaviyo.com/) can be connected to Zendesk using the free [Add-On Provider](https://agnostack.com/faqs/setup-onboarding/choose-optional-add-ons#add-on-providers) within the agnoStack plugin.

Klaviyo is one of the industry's leading [Marketing Automation](https://www.klaviyo.com/marketing-automation) platforms, empowering businesses to use customer data for personalized [email](https://www.klaviyo.com/email-marketing) and [SMS](https://www.klaviyo.com/sms-marketing) marketing so they can connect with their audience effectively.

To connect Klaviyo, you'll need one value: a Klaviyo **Private API Key**. Follow the steps below to create one.

## API Keys in Klaviyo

1. Log in to your [Klaviyo dashboard](https://www.klaviyo.com/dashboard).
2. In the lower left-hand portion of the dashboard, click your account, then **Settings**.
